May I introduce our service to you; WS. Windows & Conservatories Ltd are your local award winning Window Company and are backed by the prestigious network veka group endorsed by snooker legend Steve Davis.
Our unique M.O.T.4.P.V.C service gives you a yearly review of the condition of all the p.v.c windows & doors in property Also included in our service is the condition and performance of soffits facia and rainwater goods.
A full report is sent for your files.
All moving parts are lubricated and entrance doors will be adjusted if required, potentially saving expensive failures and call out charges.
Any items that require attention in your property are reported to you on your personal M.O.T.4.P.V.C inspection form and will be repaired/replaced as per your instructions. As part of our unique service you would only be charged for the failed part i.e. no expensive call out or labour charges.
Fire escape windows are identified for insurance purposes.
Security upgrade advice will also be given to help you reduce your insurance premiums.
This yearly service is available to you for a set fee of £45.00 per property.
